The Poppin' Truth:
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Unopened in our sealed moisture-barrier pouches, our savory and kettle varieties stay peak-crisp for 4 to 6 weeks, while our baked candied glazes (like caramel and chocolate) last 8 to 10 weeks.
Once opened, the clock starts ticking against humidity. Re-zip that bag tightly every time—or, let’s be honest, just finish the bag in one sitting like the rest of us.
-
We use large, round "mushroom" kernels for our heavy glazes (like Caramel and Chocolate) because their smooth surface holds a thick, shatteringly crisp candy shell without breaking.
We use tender, airy "butterfly" kernels for savory recipes (like Mable's Cheesiest Cheddar and Dill Pickle) because all their tiny wings and nooks catch the real cheese and seasoning powders.
-
Yes, and you absolutely should try it with our Cinema Style Butter! Spread the kernels evenly on a baking sheet and warm in the oven at 200°F for 3 minutes. Your kitchen will instantly smell like an opening-night movie theater. (Just keep glazed candy flavors out of the oven unless you want a sticky, sweet puddle.)
-
Yes! Corn is naturally 100% gluten-free, and we do not use gluten-containing ingredients in our popping or glazing recipes.
What about dairy, vegan, and nut allergens?
Vegan/Dairy-Free friendly: Our Plain Sea Salt ("Plane Popcorn"), Real Local Maple Kettle, Zesty Dill Pickle, and classic Kettle Corn are made without dairy.
Real dairy: When we say cheese or caramel, we mean business. Our cheddar varieties and slow-simmered caramel glazes use authentic pasteurized cheese, real sweet-cream butter, and buttermilk.
Kitchen notice: While we practice strict batch separation and sanitation protocols, all flavors are prepared in a facility that processes dairy and tree nuts. Check individual product labels for specific ingredient lists!

Straight from the trees of Bradford County Pennsylvania! We refuse to touch synthetic pancake syrups or artificial flavor extracts. Our Real Local Maple Kettle and Maple Caramel are glazed with pure, authentic local maple sugar for genuine woodland warmth.
-
Consider yourself officially warned. It is not "mild jalapeño" heat—it’s slow-simmered buttery caramel laced with real, unapologetic Tabasco pepper fire. It hits sweet for half a second before the cayenne burn kicks in. If your heat tolerance caps out at mild salsa, keep a tall glass of whole milk on standby or stick to Watson's Blue Raspberry.
-
Two sisters. One loved rich, sweet caramel. The other insisted on fiery, cayenne-spiked buffalo cheddar. Neither would back down, so we dumped them both in the same bag. Turns out, total opposites create the most addictive sweet-cheesy-spicy collision in snack history.
-
You can, but Mother Nature has a say in it! Our chocolate and candy glazes are heat-sensitive. During warm summer months, keep a close eye on your tracking link and bring your box inside promptly. Popcorn left baking on a 90°F sunny porch will turn into a delicious, yet unintentional, chocolate cluster.

Perishable food cannot be returned or re-shipped under state and federal food safety laws. If an order arrived damaged, stale, or unsealed, let us know within 7 days and we’ll replace it! But if you gambled on Spicy Pickle and realized you're strictly a sweet-tooth person, share the love with a pickle-loving friend.
-
You bet we do. We offer bulk party tubs, custom-labeled favor bags for weddings and birthdays, and full mobile popping setups for outdoor events.
