Sisters Popcorn started the way the best things do — with family, a dream, and the irresistible smell of freshly popped corn. When our parents, set out to build this popcorn trailer, it was never just about popcorn. It was about giving their girls a hands-on lesson in what it means to work hard, show up for your community, and build something you're proud of.

From the very beginning, the sisters have had a hand in everything. Whether it's perfecting our signature kettle corn, drizzling caramel, or greeting customers with a smile, this truly is their business. Mom and Dad may run the kettle, but the girls run the show.

We believe that young people learn best by doing, and there's no better classroom than the festivals, markets, and community events that bring our neighbors together. Sisters Popcorn is our family's way of investing in the next generation and giving back to the communities that have always supported us.

So the next time you grab a bag of our kettle corn, caramel corn, or classic movie theater popcorn, know that you're not just supporting a small business you're supporting three sisters learning to take on the world, one kernel at a time.

Our Story

Our Credentials

Great flavor starts with uncompromising cleanliness. Our business employs a credentialed Food Safety Manager certified through the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP). This ANAB-accredited standard ensures our kitchen practices—from raw kernel handling and temperature controls to allergen awareness and sterile packaging—exceed industry sanitation regulations. When you order from us, you can enjoy every crunch with complete peace of mind.

Our Commitment to Safe, High-Quality Snacking

We believe great snacking starts with total accountability. Our mobile kitchen and popping operations are fully registered, inspected, and licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture as an MFF Type 3 Facility (Facility ID: 190743).

This state classification certifies that our equipment, sanitation setup, water systems, and ingredient handling meet rigorous Pennsylvania retail food safety standards. When you order from us, you get small-batch, handcrafted quality backed by official state oversite.

Insured & Event-Ready

Planning a festival, corporate gathering, or private event? We make vendor onboarding seamless.

Our business carries full commercial general and product liability coverage through the Food Liability Insurance Program (FLIP). We maintain active coverage tailored specifically for mobile food facilities, including:

  • Commercial General Liability

  • Product Liability & Completed Operations

  • Fast COI Issuance: Certificates of Insurance with your venue, municipality, or company named as an Additional Insured can be generated promptly upon booking.

Our Guarantee

We obsess over every batch so your snack time is downright legendary. But because popcorn is a perishable, artisanal food—and the mail truck isn't a climate-controlled pantry—here is how we keep things fair, fresh, and honest.

Every bag is popped fresh, sealed airtight in moisture-barrier pouches, and sent your way at peak crispness.

If your bag arrives unsealed, tastes stale straight out of the box, or fell victim to a delivery mishap, we’ll make it right with a fresh replacement or store credit. Just notify us within 7 days of delivery.

The 100% Fresh-to-Your-Door Pledge

The Fine Print (Because Popcorn Has Feelings, Too)

Under federal and state food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened food items. Once a bag leaves our licensed kitchen, it cannot come back. (Besides, sending popcorn through the mail twice just sounds cruel to the kernels.)

Perishable Food Is Final Sale

Taste is personal! While we believe our recipes are absolute perfection, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse: (e.g., "I ate the whole bag in one sitting and now feel guilty.")

  • Accidental daredevils: If you order "Fire in the Hole" and discover that real Tabasco peppers actually pack serious heat, our condolences—grab a glass of whole milk, but refunds are off the table!

  • Flavor preferences: If you gambled on Spicy Pickle or Chamoy Melon Crunch and decided you're strictly a classic butter fan, pass the bag to an adventurous friend.

"I Don't Like It" vs. "Something Is Wrong"

Postal carriers are usually great, but occasionally a parcel gets treated like a tackling dummy. If your shipment was crushed, torn open, or compromised in transit:

  1. Snap a quick, clear photo of the damaged box and bags within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email the photos along with your Order Number to Popcorn.Sisters.Est2026@gmail.com

  3. We will file a carrier claim and dispatch a fresh snack pack so you don't go hungry.

Delivery Bruises & Box Battles

Our glazed and chocolate-coated varieties do not enjoy sunbathing on a 90°F front porch. Please track your package and bring it inside promptly upon delivery. We cannot refund bags left baking in direct summer sunlight outside your doorway!
